Embedding EDI Supervision for Corporates and other Professionals

An Interactive Course for supervising professionals and managers focussed on embedding EDI models and frameworks into practice to ensure inclusivity.

We are excited to offer an online, outcome-based course for supervising and leadership professionals and applied psychologists who want to proactively embed management and supervision standards (e.g. the revised HCPC Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) standards of proficiency[1] centrally within their practice).

We appreciate that everyone is at a different point in their developmental journey in learning about EDI and turning this into concrete action in their practice, as applied psychologists. We welcome open minded, reflective, participants who are keen to become more culturally aware and inclusive supervisors/managers.
